Workshop:  Defeating Depression

 

A six week group facilitated course meeting for two hours a week.  This course is for people who want to:

 

·     free yourself from the symptoms and causes of depression;

·     understand and change your depressive behaviour and thinking;

·     develop healthy core beliefs;

·      maintain your equilibrium;

·      enjoy life again!

 

Course fee includes a one hour individual psychological consultation prior to the beginning of the course as well as all course materials.
