Workshop:  Defeating Depression


A six week group facilitated course meeting for two hours a week.  This course is for people who want to:


     free yourself from the symptoms and causes of depression;

     understand and change your depressive behaviour and thinking;

     develop healthy core beliefs;

      maintain your equilibrium;

      enjoy life again!


Course fee includes a one hour individual psychological consultation prior to the beginning of the course as well as all course materials.
