Workshop:  Away with Anxiety!


A seven week group facilitated course meeting for two hours a week.  This course is for people who want to:


                     understand their anxiety;

                     identify worrying triggers;

                     develop new strategies for dealing with your anxiety;

                     accept uncertainty;

                     learn to problem-solve and relax;

                     maintain a more carefree lifestyle.


Course fee includes a one hour individual psychological consultation prior to the beginning of the course.
