Workshop:  Away with Anxiety!

 

A seven week group facilitated course meeting for two hours a week.  This course is for people who want to:

 

·                     understand their anxiety;

·                     identify worrying triggers;

·                     develop new strategies for dealing with your anxiety;

·                     accept uncertainty;

·                     learn to problem-solve and relax;

·                     maintain a more carefree lifestyle.

 

Course fee includes a one hour individual psychological consultation prior to the beginning of the course.
